무료 미리보기 이용약관
1. 적용 범위와 운영자
이 약관은 Dine가 운영하는 Skin Studio의 무료 미리보기에 적용됩니다. 문의는 mcskinstudiobusiness@gmail.com 또는 문의하기로 접수할 수 있습니다. 현재 AI 제작과 결제를 받지 않으며, 유료 서비스 약정은 별도로 제공됩니다.
2. 계정과 보안
가입에 사용하는 이메일과 닉네임은 정확하게 입력하고 본인이 관리해야 합니다. 다른 사람의 계정을 사용하거나 타인을 사칭해서는 안 됩니다. 중복 닉네임은 사용할 수 없습니다. 계정 도용이나 보안 문제를 발견하면 문의해 주세요. 운영자는 비밀번호나 카드정보를 문의로 요구하지 않습니다.
3. 파일과 이용자의 권리
이용자가 보유한 원본 파일의 권리는 이용자 또는 원래 권리자에게 있습니다. 파일을 처리하기 위해 필요한 범위에서만 서비스가 파일을 저장·변환합니다. 스킨을 만들거나 내려받았다는 이유만으로 제3자의 캐릭터·이미지·상표를 이용할 권리가 생기지는 않습니다.
타인의 저작권·초상권·개인정보를 침해하거나 불법적인 내용은 업로드하지 마세요. 자동 수집·과도한 요청·접근 제한 우회·악성 파일 전송처럼 서비스 운영이나 다른 이용자를 해치는 행위는 제한됩니다.
4. 공개와 갤러리
직접 편집 화면은 갤러리 업로드를 제공하지 않습니다. 별도의 공개 기능을 제공할 때는 공개 대상과 선택을 안내합니다. 공개 스킨은 다른 이용자가 볼 수 있으며, 이미 내려받은 사본까지 회수할 수는 없습니다. 권리 문제는 해당 갤러리의 신고 기능 또는 문의 이메일로 알려주세요. 원본 근거와 대상 주소를 함께 주시면 확인에 도움이 됩니다.
5. 미리보기의 제한과 변경
미리보기 중 기능이 변경되거나 점검으로 일시 중단될 수 있습니다. 저장한 작업은 직접 내려받아 보관해 주세요. 중대한 기능 변경은 사이트에서 안내합니다. 관련 법령상 책임이나 이용자 권리를 일괄 배제하지 않습니다.
6. 이용 제한과 계정 삭제
침해 신고, 보안 위험 또는 위반 행위가 확인되면 필요한 범위에서 파일 공개나 계정 이용을 제한할 수 있습니다. 가능한 경우 이유와 문의 경로를 안내하며, 긴급한 보안 조치는 먼저 할 수 있습니다. 이용자는 문의로 이의를 제기할 수 있습니다.
내 계정 → 프로필에서 본인 확인 후 계정 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 삭제 대상, 남을 수 있는 기록과 백업 처리는 개인정보처리방침에서 확인하세요.
7. 아동·미성년자
현재 법정대리인 동의를 확인하는 별도 절차는 마련되어 있지 않습니다. 법정대리인의 동의가 필요한 이용자는 계정에 개인정보를 제공하기 전에 운영자에게 문의해야 합니다. 필요한 동의 없이 처리된 아동 정보가 확인되면 이용 제한·삭제 등 필요한 조치를 진행합니다. 미성년자와 소비자에게 적용되는 법적 보호를 이 약관으로 제한하지 않습니다.
8. 문서 변경과 분쟁
약관을 변경하면 적용일과 변경 내용을 사이트에서 안내합니다. 새로운 유료 기능이나 중대한 데이터 이용 변경은 별도로 안내하고 필요한 동의 절차를 마련합니다. 분쟁은 먼저 문의를 통해 해결을 시도하며, 거주지에서 적용되는 강행적 소비자 권리와 법정 관할은 배제하지 않습니다.
Free preview terms
1. Scope and operator
These terms cover the free Skin Studio preview operated by Dine. Contact mcskinstudiobusiness@gmail.com or support. AI generation and payments are not enabled. Paid-service terms will be provided separately.
2. Accounts and security
Use accurate registration information and keep control of your email and account. Do not impersonate others or use another person's account. Nicknames must be unique. Report suspected account misuse or security issues. Support will not ask you to send passwords or payment-card details.
3. Files and rights
Rights in uploaded originals remain with you or their original rights holders. The service stores and transforms files only as needed to provide its functions. Creating or downloading a skin does not grant rights to third-party characters, images or trademarks.
Do not upload unlawful material or material that infringes copyright, image rights or privacy. Abusive automation, excessive requests, access-control bypasses and malicious uploads may be restricted.
4. Public content
The manual editor does not offer gallery uploads. Any separate publication feature will explain what becomes public and present a choice. Other people can view public skins, and copies already downloaded may not be recoverable. Report rights concerns using the gallery report function or support email, including the affected URL and original evidence where possible.
5. Preview limitations
Features may change or be temporarily unavailable during maintenance. Download and keep your own copies. Material service changes will be announced on the site. These terms do not exclude obligations or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
6. Restrictions and account deletion
We may restrict content or accounts to the extent needed to address substantiated rights reports, security risks or misuse. Where possible we explain the reason and how to contact us; urgent security action may come first. You may challenge a restriction through support.
Use My account → Profile to request deletion after verifying your identity. See the privacy notice for deletion, retained records and backups.
7. Children and minors
A separate process for verifying parental consent is not currently available. If parental consent is required for your use, contact the operator before providing personal data through an account. If we identify children's data processed without required consent, we will take appropriate steps such as restricting access and deleting the data. Statutory protections for minors and consumers are not waived.
8. Changes and disputes
Changes to these terms will be announced with an effective date. New paid features or material changes to data use will be explained separately, with consent where required. Please contact us first about disputes. Mandatory consumer rights and legally applicable courts in your place of residence are not excluded.
