운영자 Dine는 계정 제공, 스킨 편집·저장, 문의 처리와 서비스 보안을 위해 아래 정보를 처리합니다. 개인정보 문의와 권리 요청은 mcskinstudiobusiness@gmail.com로 보내 주세요. 현재 AI 제작·유료 AI 상담·실결제·광고 및 분석 추적은 활성화되어 있지 않습니다.

Google 로그인 증명에는 Google 이름·사진이 포함될 수 있으나 이를 프로필에 자동 저장하지 않습니다. Google 비밀번호나 이용자의 Gmail 메일함을 읽는 권한은 요청하지 않습니다. 선택한 프로필 사진의 원본 메타데이터는 프로필 이미지로 재사용하지 않습니다.
같은 브라우저의 비회원 작업·문의는 로그인 후 계정에 연결될 수 있습니다. 이메일 주소만 같다는 이유로 다른 사람의 기록을 연결하지 않습니다. 계정에 기존 구매 기록이 있다면 보관함과 다운로드 권한 확인에 사용하며, 현재 새 결제나 카드정보를 받지 않습니다.

전자 파일과 계정 기록은 삭제 절차로 제거합니다. 관련 법령에 따라 보존할 필요가 있는 기록은 필요한 항목과 기간을 구분해 처리하며, 현재 유료 거래가 없다는 이유로 미래의 거래 기록 보존기간을 현행 정책으로 적용하지 않습니다.
앱 백업은 약 6시간 간격으로 시도하며 최근 성공본 3개를 유지하도록 설정되어 있습니다. 작업·장애·용량 때문에 지연될 수 있습니다. 호스팅 업체의 별도 서버 백업과 메일 제공자의 보관은 앱 백업과 별개입니다. 삭제 전 데이터가 기존 사본에 남을 수 있어 모든 사본이 일정 시간 안에 없어짐을 보장하지 않습니다. 서비스 복원 시 삭제 원장을 다시 적용하도록 되어 있습니다.
서버 오류·시스템 로그를 보안과 운영에 사용합니다. 웹 서버 로그는 주기적으로 회전하고 일부 시스템 로그는 저장 용량 등에 따라 정리됩니다. 모든 로그에 공통으로 적용되는 일수 기준 자동 삭제 기간은 설정되어 있지 않습니다.
3. 외부 서비스와 국외 처리
서비스 제공에 필요한 해외 서버 저장과 메일 전달이 있습니다. 아래는 현재 사용하는 서비스와 확인된 처리 범위입니다. 국내외에 관계없이 불필요한 정보를 문의나 파일에 포함하지 마세요.

Cloudflare는 현재 도메인 등록과 DNS를 제공합니다. 웹 프록시는 비활성화되어 있어 사이트의 계정·파일 요청을 Cloudflare 프록시로 전달하는 구성은 아닙니다. Google의 스타일시트·로그인 구성요소는 버튼을 누르기 전에도 로드될 수 있습니다.
해외 저장을 원하지 않으면 계정·서버 저장·문의 제출을 이용하지 않고 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 이 경우 해당 기능을 제공하기 어렵습니다. Google 로그인을 사용하지 않고 이메일 가입을 선택할 수 있으나 이메일 인증 발송은 Gmail을 사용합니다. 이 안내는 국외이전 동의가 필요한 경우의 별도 동의를 대신하지 않습니다. 제공자와 처리 방식이 바뀌면 필요한 안내와 절차를 먼저 적용합니다.
4. 쿠키와 브라우저 저장소
계정 로그인 쿠키는 최대 7일, 비회원 작업·문의 식별 쿠키는 최대 30일, Google 로그인 연결 쿠키는 최대 10분 동안 사용합니다. 언어·테마, 기본 캐릭터 픽셀·이름·모델과 최근 문의 번호는 브라우저 로컬 저장소에, 최근 작업 번호는 세션 저장소에 저장할 수 있습니다. 광고·분석 추적용 쿠키는 현재 운영하지 않습니다.
브라우저의 사이트 데이터·쿠키 설정에서 삭제하거나 차단할 수 있습니다. 삭제하면 로그인·비회원 작업 소유권과 저장한 설정이 사라질 수 있습니다. 계정 삭제 시 작업·캐릭터·문의 관련 브라우저 키를 지우지만 언어·테마 설정은 남깁니다.
5. 권리 행사와 계정 삭제
내 계정 → 프로필에서 닉네임·사진을 수정하고 계정 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 이메일 계정은 비밀번호, Google 계정은 재로그인으로 확인합니다. 정보의 열람·사본·정정·삭제·처리정지 요청과 이의 제기는 mcskinstudiobusiness@gmail.com로 접수할 수 있습니다. 필요한 범위에서 요청자와 대상 기록을 확인하며, 비밀번호나 신분증 전체 사본을 먼저 보내지 마세요.
삭제 시 로그인 정보, 개인 작업 파일, 프로필 사진과 직접 문의를 제거합니다. 일부 주문·신고 이력은 개인정보와 계정 연결을 제거한 형태로 남을 수 있습니다. 이미 공개되거나 다른 이용자가 구매·다운로드한 사본은 남을 수 있습니다. 삭제가 끝나지 않으면 완료로 표시하지 않고 접근을 차단한 뒤 추가 처리가 필요함을 알립니다. 서비스 탈퇴는 Google 계정 자체의 삭제와 다릅니다.
6. 안전조치와 아동 정보
HTTPS, 비밀번호 해시, 관리자 접근 제한, 요청 제한과 백업·삭제 복원 방지 절차를 사용합니다. 필요한 운영자가 문의와 저장 기록에 접근할 수 있습니다. 법정대리인 동의를 확인하는 별도 가입 절차는 현재 없으므로, 법정대리인 동의가 필요한 이용자는 개인정보를 제출하기 전에 운영자에게 문의해야 합니다. 필요한 동의 없이 처리된 아동 정보가 확인되면 삭제 등 필요한 조치를 합니다.
7. 문의와 변경
개인정보 담당: Dine / mcskinstudiobusiness@gmail.com. 거주지에서 적용되는 개인정보 권리와 감독기관에 대한 구제 요청 권리는 제한하지 않습니다. 이 문서의 중요한 변경은 사이트에 변경 내용과 적용일을 표시합니다. 현재 고지와 다른 새로운 AI·결제·광고 처리는 관련 안내를 갱신한 뒤 시작합니다.
Privacy notice
Dine processes the information below to provide accounts, skin editing and storage, support and service security. Send privacy questions and rights requests to mcskinstudiobusiness@gmail.com. AI generation, paid AI support, real payments, advertising and analytics tracking are currently disabled.
1. Information and purposes
- Email accounts: email address, nickname, password hash, creation time and verification status, for registration, sign-in and recovery.
- Google accounts: Google account identifier, email and verification status, and your chosen nickname, for identity and account recognition. Tokens may contain a Google name or picture, but these are not automatically stored as your profile. We do not request your Google password or access to your Gmail mailbox.
- Optional profile picture: a PNG generated from your upload. Original metadata is not reused for the profile image.
- Server-saved work: skin files, work names, identifiers, owners and creation times, for editing, storage and access control.
- Support and rights reports: reply email, content, category, related files or URLs, submission time, status, replies and account or guest identifiers, for handling and follow-up.
- Security: IP addresses, account/browser identifiers or their hashes, request times/counts, and error types/times/counts, for abuse prevention and incident handling.
Guest work and inquiries from the same browser may be linked to your account after sign-in. Records are not linked solely because they share an email address. Existing linked purchase records, if any, support library and download permissions. No new payments or card details are collected by the current preview.
2. Retention and deletion
Accounts, private work and profile pictures remain until account deletion or a request to remove the relevant information. Support records remain for handling and follow-up; linked direct inquiries are included in account deletion, and guests may request removal by email. These records currently have no general automatic expiry.
Verification and password-reset links are valid for one hour. Unverified registrations older than 24 hours and authentication rate-limit entries older than 24 hours are cleaned up during subsequent relevant account processing. Expiry is not necessarily immediate deletion. Other rate limits mainly operate in server memory.
A separate deletion ledger retains an account hash, record identifiers and deletion time to prevent backups from restoring deleted data. It does not contain names, emails or passwords and has no automatic expiry. Electronic files and account records are removed through deletion procedures. Any retention legally required for particular records is handled separately; hypothetical future paid-transaction rules are not applied to the free preview as though paid purchases already occurred.
Application backups are attempted approximately every six hours, retaining the latest three successful copies. Work, incidents or capacity may delay them. Separate hosting backups and mail-provider retention are distinct. Older copies may still contain deleted data until replaced or deleted, so deletion of every copy within a fixed number of hours is not promised. The service restore procedure reapplies the deletion ledger.
Rights-report handling history has no common automatic expiry. Account deletion removes the reporter email, original report, reply notes and account link, while handling history may remain. Server error and system logs support security and operations. Web logs rotate periodically; some system logs are cleaned according to storage limits. A common fixed-day expiry is not configured for every log.

Cloudflare currently provides domain registration and DNS. Its web proxy is disabled; account and file requests are not configured to pass through that proxy. Google stylesheets and sign-in components may load before you click a Google button.
If you do not want overseas storage, do not use account, server-storage or inquiry-submission functions and request deletion of existing data. Those functions may then be unavailable. Email registration is an alternative to Google sign-in, but verification mail still uses Gmail. This notice does not replace any separate consent required for a transfer. Changes to providers or processing will be addressed with required notices and steps before use.
4. Cookies and browser storage
Account cookies last up to seven days, guest work/inquiry cookies up to 30 days, and Google sign-in challenge cookies up to ten minutes. Local storage may contain language/theme settings, character pixels/name/model and your recent inquiry ID; session storage may contain a recent work ID. Advertising and analytics tracking cookies are not currently used.
Use your browser's site-data and cookie controls to delete or block storage. This may remove sign-in, guest ownership and saved preferences. Account deletion clears work, character and inquiry browser keys while preserving language and theme settings.
5. Your rights
Use My account → Profile to change your nickname/picture or request account deletion. Email accounts require a password check; Google accounts require renewed sign-in. Send requests for access, copies, correction, deletion, restriction or objections to mcskinstudiobusiness@gmail.com. We may need proportionate information to identify you and the relevant records. Do not send passwords or a full identity-document copy unsolicited.
Account deletion removes sign-in records, private work, profile pictures and direct inquiries. Some order/report history can remain after personal data and account links are removed; previously public or purchased/downloaded copies may remain. Incomplete deletion blocks account access and reports that further cleanup is needed instead of claiming completion. Deleting this account does not delete your Google account.
6. Safeguards and children's data
We use HTTPS, password hashing, administrative access restrictions, rate limits and backup/deletion procedures. Necessary operators can access support and stored records. A separate parental-consent verification process is not currently available. Users whose use requires parental consent should contact the operator before providing personal information. If required consent is missing for children's data, we will take appropriate action, including deletion where needed.
7. Contact and updates
Privacy contact: Dine / mcskinstudiobusiness@gmail.com. Applicable privacy rights and the ability to seek a remedy from your supervisory authority are not waived. Material changes will be announced with an effective date. New AI, payment or advertising processing will start only after the relevant notices are updated.
